Customer Service Officer
The candidate must have: Customer Service experience, preferably in the travel industry. Have exceptional verbal skills, excellent written & public speaking skills. The candidate must have great problem-solving abilities, strong organizing and administrative skills. Also have knowledge of neighbouring countries. Driven to perform to deadlines and work well under pressure. Own transport essential.
Main function: Offer customer service internally and externally, assist with event coordination, proof reading, coordinate travel arrangements, communicate with conference speakers, manage the budget.
Run the event in SA and Namibia.

Multi task -running more than one event at a time.
