Customer Services Agent Temporary Assignment – Peak Period – 4 Months Cape Town, CBD FMCG Environment (R 10 000 – R 13 000 per month)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Excellent Computer Literacy
2 years call Centre experience with sales and customer service (inbound and outbound)
Excellent command of the English language as well as Afrikaans
Professional and friendly telephone etiquette


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Calls (in and outbound)
Process orders

Filing orders
Logging calls correctly
Customer queries dealt with appropriately and followed up
Returns managed with the warehouse
Promotion of products
Cross selling
New sales generated
Existing customers to be serviced
Warehouse: special deliveries facilitated, returned processed timeously, dispatch priorities and regional stock on hand managed
