Position Purpose :
To act as a key channel of communication for TPT Strategic and Key Container Customers at a national level, by planning,
coordinating and facilitating the customer engagement program in conjunction with the Key Account Executive Containers.
Accountable for delivering the following key account management tools for the Container Sector: Customer segmentation,
customer database, Customer Satisfaction Index, Key Account Plans, IKAM, Customer profiles and key customer statistics.
To provide commercial support services to the Business Executive: Containers in ensuring zero risk exposure from a
commercial perspective. Office management administration for Business Executive: Containers and Business Executive:
Transhipments and Africa

1) National Container Customer engagement program
2) National Container Sector customer segmentation matrix
3) National Container Customer Satisfaction Index
4) National Key Account Plans and IKAM
5) National Customer profiles for Strategic and Key container customers on TPT Contracts and Customer portal
6) National Container Customer Data base
7) National Container sector statistics: i.e. Customer service level and compliancy presentations and Container Liner
Operatorβs Forum Technical Committee vessel performance presentation
8) Provision of commercial support to Key Account Executive Containers in respect of manual/electronic filing, contract
management and commercial compliance matrices
9) TPT Tariff Book: Management of layout/production/printing, proof reading and distribution of Tariff Book
10) Management of National TPT hospitality suite at Kings Park rugby stadium and associated customer engagement
program for all sectors
11) National Customer Container Sector Customer presentation
12) Office management administration for Key Account Executive Containers and National Operations Planning Manager
