The Mr Price Group is expanding and weโre looking for highly motivated, well-spoken, analytical and efficient Customer Call Centre Agents to join our Contact Centre team at our Mr. Price Group Support Centre.
Your functions and responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for receiving incoming calls, emails and live online chats.
You will be responsible for assisting and resolving all customer queries regarding online shopping.
You need to have the ability to adapt to and accommodate customerโs needs and queries.
You need to consistently deliver high customer service.
In your role as a Customer Care Call Centre Agent, you should be well-spoken and be able to communicate proficiently at all levels. You will need to possess analytical skills to analyze information and react positively on it. You need to be computer literate with the Microsoft Office packages. Knowledge of the Mr Price online process is an added advantage and the incumbent must be able to sit for long periods of time with headphones on. Overtime and shift work will be required as business dictates.
Applicants will need to have:
A valid Grade 12 certificate
At least 2 years customer service call centre knowledge
A second language will be an advantage
