Trade Counter
We are seeking COUNTER SALES staff for our FOURWAYS, BOKSBURG AND EDENVALE Branches.



MIIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
2 - 3 years counter sales experience
Strong sales experience
Target driven
Electronic security product knowledge advantageous

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Customers at our trade counter are to be served quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner.
Offer proficient technical advice, whether by you or the technical support person you refer.
Ensure payments submitted by customers are correct as well as all administrative work.
Adhere to all procedures and systems regarding account clearances etc. before any goods are handed over to customers.
Offer additional products and specials after receiving the order and offer alternate products when the exact product is not in stock.
Commit to mastering your knowledge of the applications, features and benefits of the main products cctv, access control, gate automation, electric fencing and alarm systems.
