A well-established organisation in Edenvale is seeking a Cosmetics Sales Representative to join their team. Salary is R 15 000 CTC salary details to be discussed.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Negotiate prime positioning in stores
Present, promote and sell beauty products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Ability to analyse target market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Able to supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Propose best practices and promotional trends
Increase forward share, floor share, shelf share of our products
Continuously improve through feedback
Perform additional duties as requested
Must have 2 + Years’ Experience as a Retail Sales Executive
Must have sales experience within an international company for example; Edcon, Dischem & Clicks
Must have a contact list of suppliers to build up account database
Must have experience within the sales of opening accounts
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
