Job Description:
Vacancy for a Company Secretarial Consultant
Dealing with CIPC and lodging all documents
(director changes, name changes, new company
formations, special resolutions, share matters and
any online lodgment's (change in year-end, change in
addresses)
Maintaining a secretarial database
Maintaining all statutory records and minute books
Filing
Attending to all statutory related e-mails
Deregistration of companies
Liaising with other audit firms regarding take-on or
handover of clients

Doing research as and when requiredAdvantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organisational, problem-solving and time
management skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow and
reassign as necessary
Fully computer literate on Microsoft word
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet
deadlines
Client service orientation and client liaison skills
Knowledge of the Companies Act and dealing with the
Registrar of Companies

Ability to work under pressure
Problem solving and decision making
Gathering and handling of information
Planning and organising
Research, Information & Reporting
More than 3 yearsβ company secretarial experience
