National Renal Care, situated in Auckland Park seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal drive and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of Confirmations Clerk

JOB PURPOSE

The Confirmations Correspondence Clerk will be responsible for obtaining outstanding documentation required to obtain authorisations, submission of documents to Medical Aids, updating patient records and liaising with the Operations Team.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

Grade 12
Computer literate (E-mail, MS Office, Pastel and Excel)
Advantageous: ICD-10 knowledge
Advantageous: One or more years in a similar position

Advantageous: – Medical Aid Experience
INHERENT REQUIREMENTS:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Client service and liaising with all stakeholders
Updates and submission of documents to Medical Aids on a daily basis
Management and update of document report daily
Queries
Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintaining patient records
Demonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.
