Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Team overview

Manage and protect the relationship between the company and its clients
Maximise long-term revenue opportunities and strengthen clients' loyalty by becoming a trusted source
Liaise between Sanlam and its clients, co-ordinating the service experience
Role overview

Assist a team of Client Relationship Managers (CRM) in a number of key activities
Preparation of new business documents, agenda packs, membership certificates, joint forum reports and benefit statements
Framework set-up for meetings, internal and external reports and presentations

Follow up and monitoring of outstanding matters pertaining to the portfolio of a Client Relationship Manager with all internal and external stakeholders
Effective resolution of outstanding action points as requested from the Client Relationship Manager
Effective handling of telephone and e-mail queries
Assist walk-in clients
Key responsibilities:
To support the Client Relationship Managers in the delivery of client service excellence
Management of a portfolio of clients
Actively behave in a manner required to establish, maintain and advance business and stakeholder relationships
Prepare internal reports, including rating report, client contact list and CRM's year planner
Assist clients to meet their obligations in terms of Section 13A
Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up of action items
Undertake additional training as required to fulfill and develop in the role
Actively participate in internal forums, training and social events
Management and coordination of all stationery needs, administrative resources and new business requirements
What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & experience

3 - 5 years Retirement Fund Administration experience
Proficient reading, writing and understanding in Afrikaans
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Knowledge and skills

Responsible with a high level of accountability
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
