Specification
Maintaining relationship with existing Franchisee
Generate leads for potential franchisee appointments
Generating new business through face to face meeting, online prospects, cold calling and networking etc.
Present business plans with potential client and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.
Ability to think strategically, build relationships, communicate effectively across a wide range of clients and execute with a high level of precision
Represent the Company and associated brands in trade shows, exhibitions and business events.
Negotiation and closure

Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the brand and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process, financing resolution and market development.


Requirements
Business Management Degree or any other related field in progress or completed
Quality experience of more than 2 yrs in developing franchisees
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
Preferably from the tyre or any other technical / automotive industry
The candidate may also be from franchise development of any other product.
