About the Position
Position Purpose:
This position is a supportive role of the GTI Change Management Role and the GTI Change Process for Infrastructure and Application Changes for all GTI Clients. It will also be required from the successful candidate to assist the ITISS Change Manager & Change Management team with the administrative tasks pertaining to Changes of the entire Group.
Qualifications & Experience:

IT related Degree or Diploma or/ and a minimum of 3 years relevant IT experience.
ITIL Foundation or/and Change Management Practitioners Certification
Experience:
3 β 5 Years IT Experience
2+ yearsβ experience in Change Management would to the benefit of the applicant
Previous Experience with CA Unicenter would be beneficial
Applicant should have good knowledge of MS Office for the creating of Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, etc
Knowledge of the SEB Application Systems and Infrastructure as well as a good understanding of the SEB Business would be advantageous
