FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Grade 12 / Code 08 Drivers license / PDP to be obtained
Responsible for own transport to and from work / must be well presented
RESPONSIBILITIES

Exceeding Customer Survery Index targets by offering superior service consistently
Rental transactions for Luxury Cars & Chauffeur Drive
Dealing with queries
Admin related tasks linked to the system

Reports / Check outs and Check ins
Asset control and fleet control

KNOWLEDGE

Computer literacy in email, word, excel and powerpoint
Knowledge of and passion for cars and their workings

SKILLS

Excellent communication skills - verbal
Good written skills / Good planning skills / Good problem solving abilities
Able to work independently and unsupervised to meet all deadlines
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Well groomed & well spoken
Confidence in addressing people / Courteous to all customers – internal and external
