We are looking for Call Centre Agents to work as Customer Service Representatives in The Extended Branch in Johannesburg. The Aspirant should Posses Excellent Communication skills ( Verbal & Written), English Language and at least one Local, Ability to work in a team and conflict resolution skills. The First Applicants will be considered so try to Apply in time.

Call Centre Basics/ training will be conducted to the non Experienced Candidates. Feel Flexible to work in Johannesburg, Sandton, Randburg & Mid Rand. Salary R6000/12000p/m

The Job will describe the following Activities

1) Providing technical support to both existing and new customers.
2) Ensuring that all communication/volume received during the shift is dealt with in the required time- frame/manner
3) Ensuring that all requests are resolved before ending the communication.
4) Answering incoming calls.
