We are urgently seeking Call Centre Agents / help desk Consultants To Join a dynamic team in The Customer service Department / Consultancy team .
The Ideal Candidates should be well versed with English language ( Face to face/ telephonic) and Efficient Communication skills. Should at least have Grade 11 or Matric Qualification.
No Experience will be required as training is Available.
Earn From R45000 -10000p/m.
Duties include:
Represent the customer to the rest of the business - Customer Advocate
Demonstrate excellent product and system knowledge
Handle client queries regarding existing policies and other enquiries
Assisting clients with queries
Solving complaints
Requirements:
Grade 12
Great Customer service passion
Ability of Multitask
