Job Description

Attend to phone calls and emails timeously.
Log client requests.
Log security and ATM requests.
Generate work orders.
Dispatch work orders to correct suppliers.
Raise special requests for purchase orders.
Skills and Competencies
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service environment.
Must be able to deal with irate customers.
Preferably have an understanding of the FM environment.
Must be willing to work shifts.
Excellent client report.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Qualifications
Grade 12/Matric
Customer Satisfaction qualification.
