About the Position
Role Description: Summary A specialist medical insurance and administration company is looking for professional, motivated and well-spoken individuals for their inbound call centre. Primary Role Respond to telephonic customer enquiries. Provide product information and resolve service or product queries. Enhance company image through professional telephonic interaction. Job specification:
Answer phones and respond to customer requests
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating system
Complete call logs and reports
Up-sell products and services as part of ad hoc company projects
Other duties as assigned as the business requires

Quality / quantity ?? meets productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications and experience:
Matric
Tertiary education qualification an advantage
Minimum of 2 years inbound call centre experience within the last 12 months essential
Experience in a Medical Aid environment an advantage
Good numeracy and written skills
Fluent in 2nd language. Language must be official South African language
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook packages
Sound technical ability
Certificates / Licences or Affiliations FAIS Act (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act) accreditation or knowledge of FAIS Act would be advantageous
