Flips (buy and sell for profit)
Buy to Let
Instalment sale & Back to back deals
High Density residential development
Student Accommodation Developments
Commercial Properties Retail and Office developments
Mentorship is a personal one-on-one developmental relationship process in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. One of the things that has enabled successful people to create their ideal life and financial independence is access and implementation of the right information.
Our mentorship programme allows our students to discover & implement change into their strategy using the same tools, techniques and methodologies that have enabled high-level successful property investors, entrepreneurs and leaders to radically transform their businesses and their lives. Property mentor Requirements

Dynamic, Enthusiastic, exciting, confident
A strong desire to help others succeed and a passion for making money
Minimun 4yrs experience in Property Investing
A good sense of humour and fun personality with a mature work ethic.
Committed individual with a 'can-do' attitude
Confident and client focused individual - a real 'people' person.
