We have had over 20,000 people coming through our training centers learning how to successfully invest in property and we help individuals embark on a new strand to their lives.

We attract customers through a fast paced and dynamic programme of events and we are currently looking for Professional Sales Presenters to fill the exceptional growth currently being experienced, to present and sell to small/large audiences in Durban.

Must have property experience and have invested in some of the following strategies:

Flips (buy and sell for profit)
Buy to Let
Instalment sale & Back to back deals
High Density residential development
Student Accommodation Developments
Commercial Properties Retail and Office developments

The seminars are managed and booked by our operations team, along with all logistics and venue management. Accompanied by experienced sales team that handles the registration and bookings, you will present to registered students.

Our speakers earn an average of min R30 000 per month.

Seminar Speaker Requirements

Dynamic, Enthusiastic, exciting, confident
A strong desire to help others succeed and a passion for making money
Excellent closing skills
A good sense of humour and fun personality with a mature work ethic.
Minimum 2 years proven sales and presenting experience
Minimum 2yrs of property investing
Committed individual with a 'can-do' attitude
Confident and client focused individual - a real 'people' person.
We will provide you with a programme of learning and development, and all the equipment that you need.

This is a commission only role, but you will earn on every sale that happens at your seminars.

NOTE: You must be able to supply a video of yourself presenting for us to get a good impression of your image, communication skills and rapport building skills.
