Assessment Technician
Purpose
Reporting to the Membership Team Leader the incumbent will be responsible for the
Capturing of information submitted on the return of earnings received from employers registered for Class IV and Class XIII COID benefits as well as supporting and processing the registration of new companies that have registered for COID and have been categorised as Class XIII or Class IV.
Qualifications and Experience required

Matric โ Grade 12Diploma : Commerce / Admin / Insurance or equivalent
2 -3 Years working experience in financial services
Key areas of responsibility
Transcribe employer information onto system
Identify earning variances on reported earnings and resolve with employer
Confirm authenticity of New employer registration documents
Check completeness of assessment documents
Accurate invoicing of Employers, this entails the rate, product, benefits, earning are correct
Ensuring that that all data transcribed onto the system is accurate and that the correct, sub industry classification and assessment rate is applied.
Handle customer Processing ROE and New registration on system
Facilitating and processing the transfer for Class IV and Class XIII employers from the CF.
