Area Sales Consultant

We are on a mission to find an energetic and passionate Jnr Campaign Manager to oversee all campaigns, in store promotions for our cosmetics brand , and that your team reach target, by ensuring the effective flow and timely execution of all tasks. The successful candidate will also be required to complete various reports relating to the various campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have VALID DRIVERS LICENCE and OWN CAR
·Minimum 1 year experience in managing staff.
·Target driven
·Matric/ equivalent
·Computer literacy is essential
·Should be sales & target driven
·Strong coaching skills and to mentor promoters.
·People centric (with the view to develop future leaders)

·Good salesperson as you are required to do in store sales for skincare products
Duties:

Ability to motivate underperforming promoters and your team to only do better
Ability to deal with day to day management of your team which you will oversee
Strongly focus on reaching goals and targets
Educate clients about the brand and what it has to offer.
Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand’s guidelines
Maintain daily sales report and give feedback on your promoters who are not performing
maximum shelf visibility
Identify ways to improve customer service by developing a culture and reputation for the brand
The ability to sell products in store
Salary: 5000 per month + Comm.
