Job Purpose

To ensure that all customer and user information is accurately captured and maintained on the Wholesale Finance system.
To provide a 2nd line of support function by ensuring that all data on the Wholesale Finance system is maintained and adheres to the necessary requirements.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

System, product and business reconfigurations
Receives and analyses all requests received from business (e.g., Credit, new dealers / suppliers, etc.) for system and product reconfiguration requests, additional products taken up, etc. in order to update and amend the system – so that they can interface with WF.
Investigates error messages, and where necessary refers to 3rd line support (Sword) for assistance and guidance in order to resolve.
Prepares the necessary reports for issues / requests logged.
System maintenance
Regularly updates the system in line with the provided mandates in order to ensure workflow continuity.
Co-authorises organisational set ups and product reconfiguration as required.
Updates management fees and rates on the system as and when required.
Co-authorises management fees and rates as and when required.
Loads approved new and reviewed facilities and subsidiary structures.
Co-authorises approved new and reviewed facilities as and when required.
Static data management and audit controls
Prepares reporting on all the system changes and content captured for MIS and compliance purposes (with the relevant supporting documentation).
Provides reporting on audit trails for review as supporting evidence for all changes made on the system (e.g., change in banking account details, user changes, etc.).
Business continuity and the ability of users to access and operate the system – includes accuracy of data on the system
Stakeholder feedback
Adherence to service Level agreements (e.g., turnaround times met)
Swift resolution of issues affecting service delivery

Preferred Qualification and Experience

Degree - Business Commerce

3 - 4 years
Experience in VAF and/or Wholesale Finance – understands the systems, products and processes. Experience in data base management.

Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise

3 - 4 years
