Thorburn Security Solutions are premium service provider with expertise in Security Services. We are looking for a strong Administrator with good communication skills, with ability to work with a team, must be presentable and professional
Duties & Responsibilities β’ Issuing of PICβs according to procedure, for contractors, employees and tenants
β’ Answering of telephone.
β’ General Admin duties.
β’ Record keeping of all PICβs issued on a daily and monthly basis.
β’ Load and Withdrawal of PNGβs against a contractor and contracting Firm
β’ Registration of Companies
β’ Update Induction dates on system.
β’ Update PIC Invoice Request forms for finance department every first day of the new month
β’ Tend to general enquiries and e-mails
β’ Assist visitors upon their arrival with a visitors permit
β’ Ensure there is an escort available before granting access
β’ Book the visitor in on the Drivers Induction System as well as booking out when the visitor leave.
β’ Make sure all permits are received back daily and matched up in the book
Skills and Competencies β’ Excellent communication in both English and Afrikaans
β’ Ability to write accurate reports and put together an action plan
β’ Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation
β’ A team player
β’ Computer literate (MS Word, Power Point and Excel),
Qualifications β’ A matric or an equivalent qualification,
β’ Registered with PSIRA at least up to Grade βAβ,
β’ At least three (3) years Admin/ Reception experience.
