Enforce the implementation of applicable Engen procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority
(LOA) to safeguard Engen's interest, image and reputation.

Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behaviour and culture to achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instil high
sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.
7. Adhere to COBE, POPI, and ABC Policies:
Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of Engen's policies and provisions of the Codes of Conduct & Business Ethics (COBE), Protection of Personal Information (POPI) and Anti-Bribery &
Corruption (ABC), and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.

Query Management
Manage customer queries timeously by taking ownership, accountability and responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct SAP and BI reporting for business reporting, compliance and decision
making.

Customer Master Data Input and Analysis
Customer Screening of prior to be added to the Sales Pipeline for Sales execution. Confirming data purity of existing accounts and new accounts and update on the system to ensure accurate master data.
Manage the administration of on boarding a new customer and ensure every new customer receive an exceptional Engen
Experience

Demand Forecast and Supply management
Assist the Sales specialist with administration of customer demand forecast and monitoring. Implement supply management measures to ensure effective and fair supply

Regulatory requirements.
Assist the team members with customer information regarding regulatory requirements
Education & Experience NQF Level 5 (Certificate: Administration/Secretarial Services)
Preferred:
SAP experience
Admin support experience at Senior level
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes 3 years of administrative experience
Experience working in fuels business
