A help desk company based out of Cape Town, South Africa that provides support to Airbnb property management companies around the world is seeking to expand its team of support personnel. We are currently looking to fill several part-time positions, approximately 20-30 hours per week. You can choose to work less or more, but it is important that your schedule is planned in advance.
You will be working both independently and in collaboration with the local and international team to ensure operations are running smoothly. Some evening and weekends shifts will be mandatory.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following and training will be provided for the right candidates:
- Working with multiple property management platforms (Airbnb, Expedia, Edelo, Booking.com, HomeAway etc)
- Help with managing listings (such as availability settings and rates) on a number of sites and assist in the set-up and listing of new properties on a number of channels
- Respond to guestsβ inquiries via phone and email and escalating urgent issues quickly
- Write and respond to reviews and provide admin. support to the international team(s) as required

Skills
- Strong written and oral English skills
-- Be familiar with travel booking platforms, such as Airbnb, whether as a traveller or as a host (additional training will be provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, outlook, and Google Docs. is a must
Be eligible to work in South Africa without needing visa sponsorship
