PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Financial administration of foreign intercompany creditor GRIR; Financial administration of foreign intercompany creditor and debtor accounts


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure intercompany vendors are paid on time and within terms of all contracted dealings;

Ensure foreign intercompany customers pay on time and within terms of all contracted dealings;

o Monitoring foreign intercompany customer and vendor overdues;
o Print and filing import documentation;
o Intercompany debtor and credit forecasts;Monitoring foreign intercompany customer and vendor overdues;
o Print and filing import documentation;
o Intercompany debtor and credit forecasts;e foreign intercompany customers pay on time and within terms of all contracted dealings;

o Facilitation in the process of sending invoices (local/foreign/IBS) for processing to the relevant parties;
o Facilitation in month-end finance closing;

o Tyre Levy Administration and including filing of returns and liaising with OEs
o Assist with tax administration
o Issue resolution with regional IBS/IBM processing team; and
o Other ad-hoc finance activities as the need arises
QUALIFICATIONS:

Matric; Bookkeeping certificate / Diploma preferrable


EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Previous Accounts Payable experience

PC literate, able to use SAP, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office products.
Accurate attention to detail.
Able to work flexible hours.
Good inter personal skills
