About the Position

A well established Financial Services Group seeks to employ a 3rd Party Recovery/Indemnity Technician to perform desktop investigations on 3rd party indemnity claims against the company. Other responsibilities include: establishing the negligence of the third party and the client to arrive at required apportionments, approvals, rejections or refutes and to communicate with the 3rd party/ 3rd party insurer.

Minimum requirements:
- Legal background (at least LLB Degree, preferably Attorney or Para Legal)
- Work experience in 3rd party recoveries/indemnities preferable
- Hard working
- Humble
- Great time management skills
- Ambitious
