Purpose of this role:

To carry out the day-to-day financial administration duties for the Company, primarily the processing of bulk instructions, banking transactions, reconciliations and operational management duties. Summary of responsibilities and details:

Take-on processes for new clients (FICA and system loading)
Banking, Trading and Recon Investments
Excel Reports
Telephonic Queries
Email Queries
Query Resolution
New Product Development
Assist with regulatory reports submissions

General operational office management duties
Assist the Head of Operations with preparation of reports, filing or any day to day tasks
Interact with Investment Management Companies to confirm Client Investments
