Overview:

To proactively setup and facilitate national training for all 1Life distribution partners on the full 1Life Distribution product suite by:
Effectively preparing, facilitating and providing post learning impact support related to the learning programmes and the key learning objectives.


Connecting the link between the product theory and the 1Life work place and open conversation and feedback.
Creating a conducive learning environment that encourages learning and knowledge transfer through thought provoking conversation, interactive and “ real world” activities. Adjusting learning programmes and materials to adequately align to the target audience in both a written and verbal medium


Job Description :

Have a key understanding of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Effectively prepare for the face to face facilitation session, to ensure clear understanding of the overall programme learning outcomes.
Facilitate the Face to face session ensuring the participants engage in all activities.
Provide feedback based on participant’s activity, ability to learn and understand the theory and ability to apply the learning in a workplace environment.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with peers, seniors, partners and all stakeholders.
Build relevant and appropriate relationships with the learners as well as managers and business owners.
Use available business relevant information to drive the learning within the classroom
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:



Matric
RE5
Preferable A tertiary qualification (degree) – NQF 5 or 6
A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience within a corporate/distribution environment as a facilitator.
Field based training across all demographics, including but not limited to age, experience, gender, education level, occupation.
Ideal areas of experience:
Experience in the Learning and Development industry.
Experience in the Insurance industry.
Experience in training of emerging markets products.
Experience in facilitating and assessing
