Valuations Actuary/Consultant
Moving Heads Personnel is an owner managed business and has been in operation since January 1997.
• Profit, VNB and reserve calculations for monthly management reporting

• Analysis of movements

• Assistance with embedded value calculations,analysis, consolidations and sensitivity calculations

• Assist with statutory solvency calculations, including calculations required for ORSA purposes

• Assist with completing FSB and other statutory reporting requirements (IFRS and SAM)

• Assist with preparing annual budgets and other management reporting requirements as required

• Assist with ad-hoc projects

• Communication of results to senior management







• Actuarial degree

• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary

• Relevant valuations experience is essential

• Proficiency in Excel and Prophet



• Strong PC skills (especially Excel) are essential

• Proficiency in DCS will be preferred

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Analysis of results from models

• Good technical expertise

• Ability to work well within a team

• Quality and detail orientation and concern for accuracy

• Ability to cope with tight deadlines
