Key Responsibility Areas:
Manage the Insurance Telesales Team
\Monitor the lead conversion rate at 80%+
Ensure agentβs quality assurance scores are 90%+ monthly. Actively coach whilst walking the floor or by plugging in side-by-side. Assess administration email responses. Coach and feedback on QA calls / emails biweekly.
Coach agents to receive 100% compliance on calls.
Biweekly statistics for agent activity to be completed and discussed / reviewed in meetings.
Compile and communicate daily opening and closing and monthly statistics for call centre.
Track weekly stats to achieve SL and QA targets
Ensure compliance of staff records in accordance to company and departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure own compliance of records to policies and procedures
Disciplinary action and records to be completed timeously (within 2 days of offence) ensure scanned in staff file and sent to HR
Management of all administration and outbound activity ensuring response times are met
Protect client information as well as the corporate interest of Altech Netstar
Innovation and constantly looking at ways of improving processes, systems and procedures.
Consistent performance management of staff to achieve/ exceed the desired results.
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements & experience needed:
Matric (Grade 12)
3 years contact center Sales experience
Certificate in Supervisory Management
