Telesales Agents

Our client is searching for high quality Telesales Agents for a well established and reputable company based in Randburg.

Key Performance Areas:
Meeting and exceeding sales targets:
Generate sales through telephonic consultation and face to face consultation
Meet Monthly Sales Targets as set out by Sales Manager
Proactively pursue sales by tele canvassing and phoning past students for further courses
Provide the right course advise to the right student
Upselling of potential students
Conduct telephonic and face to face interviews with potential students
Record prospective student details from each enquiry

Deliver excellent customer service:
Answer switchboard/telephone within two rings

Resolve student queries promptly, accurately and efficiently, face to face and incoming calls
Conduct followup interviews with students as and when required
Assist with the preparation and running of graduations
Attend graduation ceremonies
Report any complaints heard from the students to the Sales Manager

Carry out accurate and efficient sales related administration:
Capture client information on Majestic
Follow up on payments
Send out all relevant course info to potential students

Display and apply extensive product knowledge:
Participate in all relevant product training offered
Advise students effectively on the appropriate courses
Ensure a good general knowledge of all courses

Display accurate and efficient use of Majestic and Internal Systems:
Accurate input of student data
Complete all fields with relevant information
Outbound Telesales within a Call Centre environment
Market related
