About the Position

Inform customers of spares out of stock and possible ETA daily
Date back orders on Unity, to possible ETA from Shareen/Patsy
Follow up on outstanding Spares, communicate with customer & Shareen
Follow up on completed Workshops jobs to record client satisfaction
Build relationships with clients
Handle incoming spares queries
Provide support to Workshops and Spares by assisting with customer with repair and spares issues
Minimize back orders on the system
Maintain and check the backorder report daily
Assist with problem solving or complaints
Checking quality of Service and customer satisfaction, after every service and or repair.
