RECRUITMENT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR- STUDENT ROLE

R65 per hour neg

Small, busy and profitable recruitment consultancy in Hyde Park specialising in niche market placements at all levels requires hard working student who is studying part time .


REQUIREMENTS:

Only candidates with English as their 1st Language need apply
Must be studying currently but able to offer min 70 hours a month ( more if possible )
Suitable candidates must live close to the Hyde park offices
Suitable candidates must have their own transport (Paid parking will be provided)

A minimum of 1 year work experience in administration is preferred but not essential

DAILY TASKS include:

Answering phone calls from prospective clients and candidates
Responding to candidates by email and phone
Calling in candidates
Setting up of appointments
Sending candidates and clients details and directions etc
Declining candidates
Phoning clients and candidates for further particulars
Making corrections on CVs and saving to database
Placing advertisements on web
All office administration and PA duties
Ensuring all files are correctly kept and ordered
Searching for CVs on online career sites
Performing reference and other checks
Administration for the company
