Duties & Responsibilities
β€’ Administer the ordering of all meals & functions.

β€’ Operate as part of a team with good interpersonal skills.
β€’ Receive all the stock from the suppliers according to Fedics policies & procedures
β€’ Issuing of all stock in the fridges, freezers, dry store & chemical store as per company spec with regards to portion size / quantity.
β€’ Ensuring costing of stock/meals & functions is done timely, accurately & on a daily basis
β€’ Receive all invoices on a daily basis on My Market
β€’ Conduct stock takes
β€’ Maintaining high quality hygiene as per Fedics standards.
β€’ Plan for consecutive days to make sure all stock is available
β€’ Ensure that all the storerooms, fridges and freezers are cleaned and all products are stacked and date marked correctly at all times
β€’ Manage all wastage and leftovers
β€’ Do proper handovers when necessary
β€’ Build and maintain customer, supplier and client relationships
β€’ Maintain the safe keeping and protecting of all products & equipment in store room
β€’ To report and where possible, take action about customer complaints and compliments.
β€’ To relieve in this and other local units from time to time as well as carry out any reasonable request by management.
β€’ May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility

β€’ Excellent co-ordination and ability to multi-task
β€’ Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
β€’ Outgoing personality (positive attitude, enthusiastic personality)

β€’ Computer literate & good cash handling & admin skills

Qualifications
β€’ Matric or equivalent qualification
β€’ Proven costing & stock control/store keeping experience – advantageous
β€’ At least 2 year’s working experience
β€’ Computer literate & excellent people and customer service skills
