Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Special Events Department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Special Events Crewman role, which is based in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will report directly to the Special Events Coordinator.

KEY PORPOSE:

To assist with the execution of events branding and equipment activation's according to best practices. Fulfill roles and responsibilities according to planned daily schedules. Assist the Special events teams by loading/off- loading the required stock/equipment according to the delivery invoice/job instructions and loading all returns so that customer requirements can be met and empties/returns and equipment can be accounted for.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
KEY OUTPUTS

• To assist with the activation of special events across the Region.
• Assist with events setup & breakdown
• Assist with the planning of daily activities for special events
• Complete daily deliveries
• Maintained customer relations
• Maintained Company image
• Completed events workload (resource and equipment movement)
• Conducted product sampling

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Matric/ Grade 12
• 1 year FMCG experience
• Valid Drivers Licence - Code 10 ( C1 ) Or Code 14 ( EC ) will be advantageous with PDP
