We seek a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the SPA team as a Spa Head Therapist.

Main Responsibilities

Work closely with and assist the Spa Manager in the day to day running of the Spa treatment schedule. Conduct treatments to the highest standards and in accordance with training and guidelines. Oversee the maintenance of high levels of hygiene and cleanliness within the treatment rooms and to implement training, co-ordinate stock control and other areas of The Spa operation as and when required.
The ideal Spa Head Therapist candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task – personifying luxury guest service.

Previous experience within luxury Spa preferable.

Qualified and experienced with proven certification. Excellent communication skills for both guest and management interaction. The ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests needs and desires.

Exceptional customer service and Problem solving skills

An integral member of the Spa, the candidate performs body and esthetical treatments according to Aronia Day Spa and specific treatment protocols and procedures. Exceptional customer service and the understanding of the guests needs is an essential part of this role due to the one-to-one nature of the role.

Candidates must have a firm knowledge of Spa operations, and must have 2-3 year of experience as a in a similar role.

Qualification to perform skin, body and massage treatments

Excellent communication skills for both guest and management interaction

The ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests needs and desires.

Fluency in English is also required.
