Minimum Requirements
- Health & Skin Care Qualification (minimum 2 years full time)
- Valid drivers license and own transport
- Very strong in retail sales
- Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Confident
Duties & Responsibilities
RETAIL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensuring sales and treatment revenue targets for Concept Stores where rostered to work are met monthly.
2. To ensure that accurate and detailed consultations and Face Mapping is conducted with each new client and ensure all records are updated after every visit on the POS system.
3. Follow up with consumers telephonically/via email post product sales and treatments regarding their results of treatment and/or products used.
4. Inventory is managed monthly and recorded
5. The store is always correctly stocked, cleaned and merchandised effectively.
6. The effective planning of and participation in store promotions.
7. Participation in company promotional events e.g. marketing activities, golf days, launches, IDI training and trade shows.
8. Maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times
MARKETING IMPLEMENTATION
1. Accurate planning and execution of marketing events elements as well as reports
2. Dissemination of elements to facilitate event execution
3. Support Marketing programs execution as oer Marketing calendar
4. Marketing stock management
5. Submit accurate timesheets with results
