Job Description
Project management (on time, every time execution of shopper campaigns)
Budget control
Clearly articulate the shopper strategy execution plan by channel to deliver on the optimal ROI to various platforms
Drive internal & external alignment & communication across various platforms
Building trusted partnerships with suppliers to drive first & best in class category execution.
Team development
Lead and embed the Shopper agenda which support category growth initiatives across key channels and customers.
Clear management of shopper campaigns into AOP/MWB, ensuring alignment and belief in strategy and plan.
In conjunction with category team translate shopper -, category insights and brand strategy into channel and key customer growth opportunities.
Develop shopper centric initiatives for all NPDs, Customer and Shopper initiatives with specific focus on category expansion and development.
Co-Create with Category Management the Golden store blueprint and applicable sales execution tools to drive transformation of growth opportunities in Savoury snacks.
Lead the development of tools that will entrench best practice in in store initiatives.

Build an indispensable partnership with key channels, field sales and customer contacts to implement the step change of in store execution.
Lead the alignment and communication of all NPD, Customer and Shopper Initiatives.
Participate in shopper research projects. Analyse data with insights and transfer into customer opportunities
Develop a clear budget process with adherence to the COSO process for the management of annual S&D racking budget as well as A&M and D&A Shopper Marketing budget.
Drive productivity through efficiencies process implementation.
Clearly define the process to review and monitor the ROI of relevant shopper marketing initiatives in conjunction with key stakeholders (Category Management Revenue Management, Brand, Sales execution)
Lead the implementation process of these changes in future initiatives and track the financial implications of the step change.
Embed a shopper marketing process in line with Shopper Marketing PepsiCo wayโ€™s and standards.
Clearly embed project management skills and process in the rollout of all shopper and NPD initiatives.
Attend and apply competition law training to ensure PepsiCo way to lead by example is entrenched in all actions.
Lead the creation of a communication and alignment platform of execution deliverables.
Comprehensive understanding of the customer landscape, shopper behaviour and how to execute shopper strategy based on above
Understanding of competitor and other categories to leverage best practice within the market place
Ensure insights led / shopper centric thinking in all customer, category and commercial initiatives
Utilise the Shopper Marketing Pepsi-co- wayโ€™s processes and tools to embed a shopper centric approach in customer strategy and execution.
Coach and develop direct reports, setting clear priorities aligned to customers and AOP.
Manage people development and training, ensuring team members are equipped with appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to perform tasks effectively.
Lead and support direct reports to become integral shopper partners to major customers by providing relevant, timely and integrated solutions that shape and impact the category & PepsiCo growth.
Contribute to overall team agenda and people plan
Ensure a preferred supplier is the optimal chosen trusted partner that will built and drive the successful PepsiCo Shopper Marketing initiatives.
Use formal and informal networks to achieve results through cross functional teams
Qualifications/Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Marketing and or Commercial studies
10 years in FMCG environment with minimal 3 โ€“ 5 year in a Shopper/Trade Marketing role.
Demonstrate urgency and decisiveness, takes prompt action to accomplish task
Project Management and Budget management course or proven track record KEY
