The primary objective of the Services Internal Sales Specialist is to work directly with and at a select Lenovo Business Partner and Customers to drive services sales into every hardware opportunity.

The Services Internal Sales Specialist will be actively engaged in opportunities with both internal and external sales teams. He or she will play a primary role in helping to determine what services best match the needs of the customer to create a compelling solution. Ancillary responsibilities will include providing the requisite reporting and tracking of the sales opportunity pipeline and results. Key Interactions with the country and regional sales team, delivery team, operations team and services organization operations are essential for success. The Services Internal Sales Specialist will be reporting to the EMEA Service Sales Manager.

The Services Internal Sales Specialist must be comfortable dealing with all levels of customer representatives as well as all levels of Sales and Services leadership within Lenovo. He or she will be an active advocate for our BPsΒ΄ and Customers’ services needs within the business.

Responsibilities included but not limited to will be:

Consult with prospects and clients over the telephone in order to gain a thorough understanding of their issues and objectives with regard to Service and Maintenance business and prepare services proposals with the Sales Teams.
Act as a single point of contact for the Sales Team community providing support to the Business Partners.
Attend internal meetings with Sales Teams, Business Partners and Clients to promote Services offerings and provide clear and accurate reports on Sales Team and Account Management progress.
Provide clear actions and directions to the EMEA Service Sales Manager on the Development and implementation of unique incentives, promotions, events, etc. with partners and customers that will drive incremental services sales.
Working closely with the Lenovo Sales and Channel teams agree business plans within identified top accounts, BPs and Customers that set clear goals and objectives to maximize sales and grow Services sales pipelines.
Provide training across the assigned Business Partner accounts - including Services briefing, Services sales training and general support.

Position Requirements

Achieving assigned targets maximizing Services sales pipelines at all times
Achieving daily and weekly targets in terms of making number of sales calls
Proactively look for new Services Opportunities
Drive to increase Services penetration within your accounts so that Lenovo is seen as the dominant and largest owner of market share.
Ensure effective communication of issues to senior management within Lenovo and your accounts.
Provide timely and responsive replies to all communications.
Provide services requested by Lenovo through a strong organizational capacity
Ensure that all other agreed reporting KPI’s as maybe required, are met.
Maintain an up to date sales pipeline of your accounts
Closely monitor competitor activity in your accounts and drive Services Revenue.
