Assisting franchises/brokers with Health, Life and Group Life and Vitality queries
Faxing or emailing of statements
Submitting of reports to brokers
Logging of inquires relating to βback officeβ queries
Action call backs where necessary

Qualifications & Experience Matric (essential)
A minimum of 1 years call center experience preferably with an medical aid or Life Insurance company
