Key Purpose Answering inbound calls timeously. Dealing with predominantly telephonic and occasionally email queries
Key Outputs Answering inbound calls timeously
Dealing with predominantly telephonic and occasionally email queries
Assisting franchises/brokers with Health, Life and Group Life and Vitality queries
Faxing or emailing of statements
Submitting of reports to brokers
Logging of inquires relating to “back office” queries
Action call backs where necessary

Assist with back office life and health queries

Qualifications & Experience Matric (essential)
A minimum of 1 years call center experience preferably with an medical aid or Life Insurance company
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge (essential)
Knowledge of Paradigm (desirable)
