To assist the Collections Executive with specific; but not limited to, operational and management responsibility for loan account and charges administration by assisting with the processing of required financial transactions to update loan accounts with ad hoc, compliance or business process related requests. This includes the logging of new enhancements, assistance with IT specification requirements as well as UAT and post implementation testing. Further duties include the maintenance of the Risk Register, BCM and internal audit support for the allocated portfolio.

Matric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification

NQF Level 7 Diploma in Financial Management or relevant equivalent
NQF Level 8 Degree in Financial Management or relevant equivalent

3 – 7 years related debtors’ administration experience.
2-3 years related financial experience Online ticketing system knowledge

Exactus super user.
Working knowledge of Statutory and Baymod processes.
Report writing ability on 911
Willing to work outside normal working hours for IT deploy cycles

Micro lending and related financial services exposure would be an advantage.
