Job Objectives
General Management โ To ensure that planning, correct use resources, leading, control and coordination take place within Yahclick Technical
In-post Training โ To ensure that all staff is trained to fulfil their allocated tasks.
Reports โ Bi-weekly and monthly reports as per request.
Quality โ To ensure that all Time lines are kept with regarding to Written and verbal communication, either/or colleagues, customers, franchises. And that quality is check and maintained by means of spot checking, provide operational support and guidance to staff.
Maintenance of Installer Profile and requirements.

Maintain Installer Process in co-operation with PMTo ensure that installations assigned to the installers is completed professionally and all policies are followed as per SLA
To ensure that all Outbound contracted installers are supported and enquiries resolved professionally and within the time frames.
Provide service agents with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
Inputs to training of Installer Support Desk and Customer Care Desk
Training of Installer Support Desk and Customer care desks in cooperation with R&D and PM
Experience and Qualifications
Grade 12
BSC Engineering with Communication or related
3 to 5 Years in Satellite or related experience
Experience in Operation management and Customer Service
Relevant training as required on the Yahclick Technical desk
Supervisory/Mentoring experience
