We don’t put too much focus on your prior work experience as much as your passion, drive and a positive outlook on life. We are interested in hiring individuals, who are up for the challenge of working in a small, but a quickly growing team, at a start-up (very dynamic and rapid, opposite to corporate and slow) mindset type of company. We like to say it’s a 9 to 9 job, but of course, we are kidding! We will provide you with all the necessary tools and information, but it will be your drive and passion that will make the difference.

We expect that successful candidates will be those who:

Have a strong work ethic, persistent attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit;
Can work with minimal supervision;
Can suggest and implement unconventional ideas for business development;
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Have a great command of the English language, both oral and written.
Your duties will include:

Following a strategy for lubricants distribution and executing it;
Actively seeking out and creating new client relationships and maintaining them;
Providing necessary consulting and support to clients;
In due time, forming and leading a team of other specialists in your region;
As with any start-up, if you show initiative and interest in other areas of our business, we will be happy to include you.
