Job description
As a Sales Representative, you are primarily responsible for helping grow the company and develop new business by identifying and selling to prospects as well as maintaining relationships and client retention.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
2. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
3. Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
4. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
5. Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
6. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
8. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
9. Responsible for retaining corporate clients and increasing interaction within these clients.
10. Think proactively not reactively. Follow through and follow up.
11. Read, understand and finish one business/sales/markerting/self-development book per month assigned to you by the business.
12. 2-3 years sales experience in the IT industry
13. Own Car and license
