All-Gen Evolve is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Someone with Advisory experience and life Insurance product Knowledge. You will be responsible for maximizing our Production team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit Production targets by successfully managing the sales team
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Be the first contact person for Financial Advisor when assistance is needed regarding products
Compliance with regards to Sales products
Assisting new Financial Advisors during the sales process
Requirements
BS/MS degree or equivalent
3-4 yearsβ experience in the Life Insurance Industry
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and Financial industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills, as the individual will responsible for the supervision of the team
