MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To help maintain a clean and enjoyable working environment.Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Administration of Sales processes on excel, CRM, iCas and other systems
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
Handles expenses and billing cycles and administration of payments
Assist at the front desk.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1.General & Sales Desk Administration
2.Co-ordination and Student Administration
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
1.Matric certificate.
2.Data capturing and administration.
3.Previous experience working in Administration, Sales and Marketing a plus.
4.Good computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
