Responsibilities:
Manage sales team diaries
Set up appointments and/or qualify leads (telephonically)
Follow up on lead referrals, track changes on leads
Identify opportunities for Business Development
Creatively source and manage leads for potential clients through a variety of methods
Book appointments for the business development
Provide reporting on leads generated and meetings secured
Update the CRM with lead and prospect information
Maintain and update client databases
Implement client communication plan
Distribute Marketing Material
Input and update information on client engagements
Explain and promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients
Work to achieve both individual and team’s daily / weekly targets
Assist with proposals and responses to RFIs
Assist with marketing activities
Handle associated admin duties
Assist with other Ad hoc duties requested by Management.
2 to 3 years’ experience in a Sales Co-ordination or related role
Experience in supporting a dynamic and successful sales team
Client Relationship Management experience a strong preference
Excellent, professional English language skills both verbal and written
Strong admin skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in working with multiple electronic channels including social networking platforms
