If you are a young and energetic, well-spoken and presentable Sales Consultant, with a passion for health and fitness, then this role is for you.

My client is a very vibrant and growing provider of Health and Fitness solutions in South Africa and they need exceptional Sales Consultants for the Sandton and Randburg area.

Job Role:

To promote and generate sales and new memberships for the company through various sales efforts that the company determines via proper marketing and sales channels.

Duties:

The promotion of the company's various solutions to new and potential clients through active sales and promotional activities via referrals, marketing activities and in-house promotions

The generation of new memberships for the club through leads and referrals and cold-calling
Attending various promotions that the company has planned when required
Attending meetings with the sales team and Management on a weekly basis and adhoc basis as needed.
Providing clients with venue information via walk-throughs of the facilities etc.
Signing up new clients effectively and providing full information to clients
Requirements:

Matric is Essential
A tertiary qualification in Business/Sales/Marketing Studies is beneficial
Experience in the Retail / Health and Fitness Sector is a big advantage.
Must speak English exceptionally well - first language is preferred
Must be well-groomed and well-presented and able to talk to clients very openly and comfortably
Must be able to sell! You should have a proven track-record in sales and achieving targets
Must be target-driven and driven by potential earnings through hard-work and motivation
Must be self-motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
Must be willing to work extended hours when needed, alternating weekends etc.

Salary on offer is a basic of R8 000 to R9 000 depending on your qualifications and experience. Incentives / Commission on top of that.
