We are looking for Sales Call Centre Agents to work for a client of ours.
DUTIES:

Responsible for sales and lead conversion targets
Follow up on outstanding leads and/or queries
Handle inbound and make outbound calls according to compaigns
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of product, service offerings and systems
Manage time and workloads to ensure that deadlines and targets are met
Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a competent, efficient and professional manner, in accordance to the the companies quality standards and value
REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
2 - 5 years call centre experience in a sales environment
