Sales Assistant-Moving Tactics

Core Responsibilities and Duties

Update and take Client Store photographs on a monthly basis
Post campaign Reporting – Compose and send to Clients monthly
Birthday Management (Diaries Birthdays and purchase gifts)
Manage the CRM Strategy
Site Visit Reports – Weekly
Ensure all Art work briefs are backed up daily.

Assist the Sales Department when required

Assist with Artwork – Liaise with Sales associates and follow up on artwork with Clients.
Follow up and manage Booking Confirmations
Chase Purchase Orders from Clients monthly

Client Liaison and set up meetings
Management of Flighting schedule
Ensure process and procedures are adhered to on Magnetic
Manage database
Assist with Presentations

Requirements
Drivers License
Proficient at Microsoft Package (Mostly in Excel)
2-3 years experience in an Office Environment
Well spoken
Proactive
Attention to detail
